Re: The Rant Thread

Neighbors that do not keep up their yard up. I have a neighbor and he cuts grass about every three weeks never trims and his back yard fence is about to fall over. Its funny because when we had a storm my wife said she wished his fence would blow over and I commented that then we would have to look at all the crap in his yard.

unfortunately you wouldnt want to be my neighbor then. I have 2 broken unused grills in the back and 1 working grill, all dirt no grass (cant help that there is zero sunlight and yeah i checked out ground cover options), i have what used to be a sandbox but now is just a hilton for mosquitoes to breed even though i drop seven on their asses every other week, two barking ass dogs, a screen door that i tried to install but broke and a window screen that fell off a second story window which i havent moved yet . . . when they were showing the house next to mine, the people walked up to teh roof top deck, we just had a party so there was a beer keg whole bunch of red cups, i was out there without a shirt on looking like a true balmor redneck and my dogs were barking up a storm.

go skins!!

I'm glad. My neighbor might have your beat. He took an extension ladder and put it on his picnic table so it would reach the top of his roof so he could get up ther and do christmas lights. He did this in Dec of 2006 and just took the thing down this summer because he needed it for something else.

Sounds like a typical lot in Baltimore.

I hate people that can't appreciate a good time. I may be different, but man, if i see i've got partying neighbors, i'm inviting myself over. Probably try to sleep with someone's wife. That always goes over well.

Actually when I'm looking at a house and see people out drinking beer and having fun that is a big plus. Where I live now I only have one neighbor who likes to come out and have a few beers. My old neighborhood it was like any Sat. or Sun a party could happen at anytime. Alot of weekends we would end up getting stuff to cookout drink beer and play hourse shoes or what ever.

I hate that for the past several weekend it never fails that on Friday night the wind kicks up or its raining keeping us from going fishing. Then Monday rolls around and its as nice as can be.

I hate that last night I had the most amazing tasting beer, it's called Wild blue.. Blueberry flavored lager.. That was I too drunk and fell asleep before I could finish drinking the last 3 beers.

Are you still trying to brew your own beer? After my first batch I realised why it had been sitting in the garage for 2 years and tossed mine out.

I'm almost done drinking my first batch from the spring. I thought it was just ok. It got a little better by sitting for a while but I'm not sure it was worth the time and those bottles take up a lot of room in the fridge. I'll probably just stick with buying it from now on.

Re: The Rant Thread

Haven't had the lime beer but that MGD 64 drink that they call beer is the most disgusting thing I've had since the first time I drank Guinnes. Why did I drink it ? Sitting at work thinking I was getting one over the bar across the way by buying a 6 pack to drink after lunch. That, plus because I had a taste for an MGD so bad I figured when i drink Miller Light at my uncles house this can't be that bad aaaaaaaaaaand I was wrong.
