Bottom Line- Like Cam Newton a year ago, Griffin's athleticism overshadows the strides he's made as a passer. That athleticism will allow him to survive until he fully grasps an NFL offense.

XXVI don't tell me you're coming around on Griffin. If you join the dark side then it'll just be NCSkins on the opposite side of the fence.

No, I've said it time and time again. I like RGIII. I too would hope the Skins get RGIII. My main issue is giving up the several picks to get him. I know there is a pretty chart with #'s regarding how much each pick is worth, but to me those picks could give us valuable players.

If they do go out and get him they definitely need to go out in FA and pick up some top quality WR's and hopefully a RT from somewhere. I think the rest of the spots needed could be picked up with the late draft picks we would have left OL, FS, CB, LB.

Honestly I'm just getting tired of all the QB blubbering. It's like thats all we need on this team, but it's not. I, you , and everyone else here can talk till we are blue in the face but it's not gunna matter or make a difference to what the Skins have planned or what they are going to do. and no matter what they do some of us will be dissapointed or happy. In the end I just want whoever the team takes to be successful.

I really think the NFL needs to make Williams an example, since they didn't have the balls to do it with Bellichick. With all of this hoopla about player safety and as much sh*t they've given the players, it is time for the coaches to get disciplined.

I agree. So long as it's not anyone currently employed by the Redskins.

Re: New Orleans Saints/Washington Redskins: Bounty Hunters

The big question now is did our players who came out talking about the $$$ handed out here ruin the whole trade deal between the Skins and the Rams who currently have GW as DC? One would think they would be upset at the attempt to get their DC in trouble with the NFL. lol.

This whole story is frustrating. Coaches have to motivate players. These are grown ass men who get paid to play a game. Somtimes they need additional encentive. Im okay with players getting a bonus for performance made by team members. Not injurying players but making great plays.

Washington Post is some punk a$$ Biotches! They couldn't wait to link the Redksins to this story... They really need to get over their hate for Snyder.

It was mentioned in a separate article on profootballtalk.com that the bounty or bounties on Manning began when Gregg Williams was the Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator. Tennessee and Indianapolis have played each other in the same division since 2002.

Wouldn't it be some $h!t if Peyton came to play at the place that started his neck woes because of a pay for lay (the wood) program by Gregg Williams?
