The only concern I have with RGIII is staying healthy. I have absolutely no concerns at all about his intelligence, skills, and athletic ability. I'll stick with RGIII until he's physically not able to play football anymore.

I agree with you - up to a point. I also believe that RGIII has what it takes to succeed in the NFL. Plus, he has the desire to be a great QB. So, I think Gruden should stick with RGIII as long as possible.

There is only one thing that would make it difficult for Gruden to stick with him. That one thing is losing. The number one statistic to use in evaluating any QB is wins and losses. If we win with RGIII, then he is the QB. If we don't win with him, then Gruden may be forced to make a change.

I think Griffin should take a few series on Thursday night.

Gruden said that none of the starters are playing.

Got it, still think he could use the reps.

Text Jay Gruden. He may change his mind when he finds out that you think RGIII needs the reps.

He needs the reps more than anybody.

I think we should sign Incognito to a 1 year deal at RG and cut Chester

i agree but i wonder if BA wants to stay away from PR problems.

my fan vote is for the starters to not play. yes RG3 needs a confidence boost but there is no guarantee that he will play well against tampa and that might compound the confidence issue.

also, pretty clear we havent shown our true offense which i think is a major reason our 1st team offense hasnt looked great.

why run RG3 out there to practice plays if we wont be running bootlegs and PAs.

we are going to light the league up come week 1. taking names and kicking ass.

Re: Why I'm Not Gonna Panic About Our QB

If you play Griffin you have to play all or at least most of the starters. Not sure that's worth it for a couple of series against scrubs.

I was thinking it may boost his confidence (assuming he did well). SS and Cooley both said he needs a confidence builder game.
