if Jay doesnt fire than snyder should tell him to fire him. If jay refuses he should be let go.... Whoever they hire they need to go back to 4-3. 3-4 hasn't worked for us..you need a dominating NT for that, which we don't have. 4-3 is easier to draft for, most colleges run 4-3.....

This is why we need a GM. btw. 3/4 or 4/3 is pretty interchangeable these days. Teams put individuals in for down and distance and match ups that most teams are really hybrids

Anybody know who they are? (specifically on defense. Haz, Raheem. . .)

This surprised me. I don't know why, but I thought there was a lot more retention.

I think he's talking about retained them from Shanny's regime, not retaining them going into next season. If he retains either Haz or Raheem, then he's trying his damnedest to get fired and walk away with 16mil.
