Re: Skins at Giants Postgame Thread!!!
I thought we were going to get a personal foul for the net hitting OBJ.

Re: Skins at Giants Postgame Thread!!!
I didn't know JNO was such a team player, that dude loves his teammates.

I wouldn't want to pull a healthy Hall off the field as he is still talented, but it Probably a good bet he's unfortunately done for the year and possibly his career. Need more Cravens. Rob Kelly needs better cleats. He may have scored on his last fall.

How good was Trent's block on the Crowder TD? taking out two players in one fell swoop.

Re: Skins at Giants Postgame Thread!!!
Obviously the players are frustrated with Joe Barry. Baker was caught screaming at him after one of the Giants td's. And now you hear Blackmon's comments.

DO NOT let them get away with claiming that the officials took the game away from them. We beat their asses and that is that. Rub it in good.

Re: Skins at Giants Postgame Thread!!!
They made the big mistakes in the game, we have been pretty good at doing that first 2 weeks. That is why the Patriots are so good, they never hurt themselves. However, we need way more then 15 points from 6 trips to the redzone.

The most glaring mistake in the game was us not coming away with any points at the end of the half. We should have had about 25 seconds left with a first and goal at the five. Plenty of time to take three shots into the endzone and than kick the fg. 7 there and the game is over when we kick our last fg. As for the penalties- the Giants may have been called for more, but the bad calls against us were just brutal. Probably more costly. The non interception was an absolute joke too. Id say we shot and were shot in the foot even more than the G-girls. |

Re: Skins at Giants Postgame Thread!!!
For all of the Cousins haters when he threw a Redzone pick last week, Eli threw one yesterday. It happens to every QB. I am firmly convinced that Eli can be rattled, and I think that even though the Skins didn't get many sacks, they got to Eli yesterday. I think the recipe for our Defense all year will be turnovers, because I'm not sure they are good enough to really stop a lot of teams.
Also, Kirk, Sean and Gruden have to figure out the Redzone issues. This lack of TD thing is bothering me when they get close. Great win, but I think I lost a couple of years off my life watching that game yesterday. LOL |
