 That's 17 players on IR, with 6 of them being starters (if you count Guice as a starter).

We have 5 rookies IR'd, that would be unreal in and of itself. But even with that we have 6 rookies on the 53 man roster, and of those 4 have seen significant positive playing time (Payne, Strohman, Danny Johnson, and Settle). Of the 5 IR'd we could have expected good play time from several - Guice, Quinn, and possibly Sims (Apke and Christian played, but not sure it counted as Good play time). My point in this is back to my argument that QB aside (and the owner/past qb's/past coaches factored into that quagmire) the FO of Allen and Williams has done a good job acquiring talent. The RIGHT coach could do a lot with this squad.

How fucking nuts would it be if Mark got hurt Sunday and Josh Johnson had to play?? LOL That would be the icing on the cake for a disaster of a season at the QB position

I just saw a stat that we're the only NFL franchise in the last 27 years that hasn't hit 11 wins (and we cannot do so this season).
