Kirk was mic'd up during the Buffalo game. There is a really enjoyable video in the link.
The most interesting part from the video going forward is a conversation between Kirk and McVay with Kirk basically saying this is what happens when we don't take our foot off the gas, or something to that effect. Jay and McVay need to keep the offense open, especially against an Eagles defense who struggles against the pass. We still need that run/pass balance but I like vertical element this past week against the Bills. Cousins and Jay had been a little dink-dunky with routes. D jax, Garcon, and Reed aren't rookies...they can run routes, lets get them down the field a little more. Cant forget about Crowder either...id love to see some vertical routes from the slot with him...dude can run past safeties
