Made a couple of vids for training to. Right now I do the treadmill to lose about 30 lbs., but trying to get back into triathlons after about 20 years out. (I'm 63 and a half.) I've combined several movies for images with an audio track made from songs I like. Some of the songs are
Back in the USSR Hot Legs Party Train I Feel Love Play that Funky Music Walk Like an Egyptian Long Cool Woman Footloose The Heat is On Watermelon Crawl Takin Care of Business Opposites Attract Cold-Hearted Snake Livin la Vida Loca Mambo Number 5 Your Mama Don't Dance The Bitch is Back Black or White Joy to the World Super Freak Crocodile Rock Hourglass Addicted to Love I Like It I Love It (funny) I find they have a great beat for training. Then I have 3 different video tracks: (1) The ones that came with them on youtube (where I extracted the audio) (2) Good looking girls dancing (but not inappropriate if one of my 6 kids comes (ages 6-19) when I'm training) or (3) Hill climbs of Tour de France. |

Heard Kenny Chesney - We Went Out Last Night a few days ago. Just put it on right now so it qualified for the thread.
It was awesome because it took me back to great times in my life with my buddies I don't really get to see anymore (life changes, getting older, etc. - not COVID related). On the other hand, during COVID, its kind of depressing, there is no where to go anymore lol.
