There is 0 proof behind this. It sure didn't help Stevan Ridley. He was benched for fumbling.

If a Pats running back gets the fumbles, he doesn't dress the next week and is standing on the sidelines holding a football.

Of course they do. As a head coach, you would sideline players who couldn't even hold on to a deflated ball.

This proves nothing, other than NE doesn't fumble the ball. Again, why didn't it help Ridley? Where is your proof that every ball they played with was deflated?

I guess that normal sized ball hurt Brady in the SB when he picked apart Seattle with pin point pass after pin point pass. I guess the heavy ball slowed down his reads. Or slowed down his ability to check things at the line. Or look off the safeties, or when he has that 6th sense with the pass rush and steps up to avoid sacks. I guess all those things that he does so well comes down to an under deflated ball by 1.2 psi. It has nothing to do with the countless hours that he puts in. He's a great QB all cause of the deflated ball. Right?

Again, we'll just agree to disagree.

Not surprising when one of us thinks and the other doesn't.

Re: All things off season 2015.

The Patriots organization was long overdue for a hard kick in the pants for actively promoting creative cheating from the top down for many years. They practically made cheating an art form. On top of the that, the lying, arrogant rat-bastards thought they could stonewall the investigation of their latest cheating scandal because Tom Brady thinks he's bigger than the game and Bob Kraft thought he had Roger Goodell in his pocket.

I really don't care that the punishment was instigated by the act of deflating footballs or if it had come from washing towels at the wrong temperature. This was simply the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.

Haven't we all known someone who needed a good ass-kicking and finally got it? Whether or not the punishment was fair, it was needed.
