Preseason Game 1 Quick Hitters: First of all, calm the hell down

That is funny!!!!!!! Thing is Collins is solid so Brennan thus far is definitely penciled in at no higher than #3 QB. I do hope they give Chase a shot though. He played big time ball in the Big 12 and although came up short in the Big 12 title chases the past 2 seasons, he did face stiff competition. Chase could have had Coltlike numbers if he went to Hawaii. I mean who was their toughest opponent minus Georgia? Washington?

Since when does a Conf tell us what a QB can do? I guess Flacco,BigBen, and Aaron Rodgers all faced tough defenses in college that made them NFL ready
Look at the top qbs in the league... not many came from what you would call a powerhouse conf.

I believe by now everyone knows my stand on ol JC but if its gonna be his last shot at least give the kid a chance. why put in the other 3 for most of the preseason games if you know he needs work? if he loses his job at least let it be because someone beat him by being better, not by taping his hands. i wouldnt even feel right if it happened that way,

I agree with what you're saying. There's a fine line though with playing starters too much and taking the chance of them getting hurt in the preseason. But I think we should, and will, play them more often in the next couple of games. Like you said, I don't want to wait until we play the Giants to start trying to get our offense going. By the way, thanks for serving our country.

Did 8yrs until the knees started to go.. but i wouldnt trade it for anything. no regrets.

Can we wait a couple of weeks to have this conversation? It makes no sense to be making generalizations/projections after the first team O has had all of two offensive series. Let's see a couple more games first.
