I really hope that what Jason La Confora is saying about Vinny tied to Clausen isn't true, because I could see Snyder listening to him even though he's not our GM anymore and the fact that DS is supposedly letting the FO take care off personnel decisions.

JLC hates Snyder and Vinny, in spite of the rumor that apparently Snyder recommended JLC for the job he currently holds on NFLN. Even if Vinny does have the slightest bit of influence it is basically rendered moot by Shanahan and Allen. This is just JLC finding a way to bash Snyder and Vinny for no good reason, which is sad because theres so many good reasons. Basically at this point he's just making stuff up.

Thats the part I keep hearing but the funny thing is he takes JLC away from Washington and gives him a national stage. I mean it's not like he was really hanging around Redskin Park looking for stories. He just does the same stuff he's been doing the past few years. Fortunately I think Marty "cock-blocked" Vinny for life. You know what's retarded about that? Clausen could very well be there at #4 and would be a strong choice yet some idiot is going to say oh well since we picked Clausen it must have been a Cerrato pick. I could understand if we took Sam Young or even Golden Tate at #4, but we're talking about Clausen here. I'm glad the guys on the set basically shut JLC up after he revealed that "interesting dynamic"

idk but on one of the highlight reels for Chris Johnson, Mawae and another lineman are still looking for blocks downfield about 30 yards past the LOS

iirc they're breaking it up into 10yrd segments as well, though I don't think that they announce those.. that first 10 is a good sign

A better drill for the OL is the high jump, given all the "jump blocks" which occur in the NFL.
