No they won't cut Cruz, that's why I asked about the Cowboys WR, they will have to cut at least one, and maybe two of those three WR's, and we are pretty high on the waiver wire, so we should get a good shot at them.

Well...If I had to choose between Creighton or Hurd...I think I would go with Creighton of the two.

Boy,I hate the fact of getting Cowboy castoffs though...uck!

What about that ivory kid from the saints?
I know they're loaded at the WR position...Does he make their team? Or Practice squad?

I only saw a couple plays from the guy,but he looked pretty good. I don't know?

I want that Victor Cruz kid!! damn it..lol

On NFL.com
He's the leading WR in the NFL...lol
He has 15 catches for 297 yards and 4 TD's.

he's #1 in yards
Tied for 2nd in catches
and tied for 1st in TD catches

But I'm sure he isn't going anywhere...
But he is undrafted, but I think he makes it anyways..(Plus I just noticed Sinorice moss is on IR..didn't know that)

Crayton man Crayton. We are talking about the player not the college.

Re: Other teams cuts - and the obvious should we get them question.

Crayton will be the odd man out in Dallas. Not because of anything he has or has not done. But he is scheduled to make 2 million this year and that is way too much for a guy that will be #4 on the depth chart.

Hurd will probably be staying in Dallas.

BUt if you guys get Crayton, you will enjoy it. He is a true team player. After all the turmoil surounding the off season, he still worked his butt off throughout the off season and camp. He deserves a shot at more playing time, and if that means he wears burgundy and gold to get that playing time, as much as I cringe at the thought, than so be it. I have way too much respect for him to NOT wish him well, even if he ends up a Redskin.

Crayton would be a solid pickup.

What does he have left in the tank? He's always struck me as a gamer but nothing special-kind of like your version of James Thrash. Am I on target or off base?

He'e got plenty in the tank. Never seen him take a day off, cant remember the last time I saw his name on an injury report.

I assure you, he will NOT clear waivers and become a free agent, someone will pick him up.

Crayton is very, very good. I don't know if he's a scheme fit necessarily, but he would help plug our wide receiver weakness, and free Santana Moss from much responsibility in the intermediate field where he tends to take those big shots.

I'd take Crayton over Galloway any day.

Absolutely. And they are both ex-Cowpuffs, so the "no ex-Cowpuffs" cannot be applied.

Again watching the Packers game the announcers mentioned that the team has way too much talent at WR and some one will get cut there also. Perhaps they have a decent young WR who can come in and be better then someone we have similar to what AA did this yr.

Not actually a cut but a signing. Darnell Dockett signed a contract extension, I don't really know the terms but those wanting the local kid to come home next year, it's not happening

It would be funny to get Crayton as he'll hopefully run his mouth against his old team.
Just no drops at critical junctures.
