It reminded me of our defense in the early part of the year.
Pass rush is the key to having a good defense, look at the top D's this year all are able to get to QB. Even top D's this year have bad games when they didn't get to the QB. So as bad as our secondary looked this year, just look at Denver's today.

That is what is so shocking about Denver's play. They do that so well.

If your QB turns the ball over three times, and one was returned for a touchdown... you will probably lose the game. It was a combination of both. Poor play erratic play from the QB, defense allowing big plays, teams won't win many games that way. The only reason the Broncos were in that game was cause of Holliday, neither their offense or defense showed up today consistently.

San Fran Green Bay game looking like it will be exciting, a pick 6, a fumble at the goal line... A crappy wildcard weekend forms into an amazing divisional weekend.
I honestly think the week off hurts teams they get rusty

I think it depends on the team, veteran teams usually use the week off to good use, but young teams like Denver usually come off rusty. That is why I am hoping Houston can pull the upset.

Kaepernick just made an emotional, young play, still looks like Vince Young out there running like that.

All season yes, but not today. So their secondary was exposed today.

Rogers just threw a terrible pass.
I believe Shanny would have passed on that 3rd down before they punted, because a 1st down there would have ended it.

Was it dallas where they passed it on 3rd down to Paulsen? Whichever game it was a great play.

yep, or even 2nd if they can make an incompletion take to the 2min warning.(think it was like 17 seconds which would be a very long play obviously).

Makes me really wonder what a healthy RG3 could do in the playoffs.

If anyone knows the pistol formation inside out it's Kaepernick, he's coach at the U of Nevada is considered the designer of that formation.
