Same here, they are at his pro day today so I'm sure the rumor mill will start with DC media.

I think there are 3 teams that realistically have interest in Rosen.

NYG
MIA
WSH.

Its going to come down to what team is willing to give the most.

I'm assuming Broncos will make some efforts to acquire Rosen as well, that is if they like him. Everyone in NFL know Flacco is just a temporary bandaid for the team.

I can see Denver drafting Lock at 10. Wonder if the skins would move up in this draft to take Haskins / Lock if Rosen is not happening.

Re: What’s your plan for the Quarterback position?

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports the Redskins are "very much intrigued" by Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins.

The Jets at No. 3 overall are reportedly open for business and would be more than willing to trade out of that spot after landing Sam Darnold last year. The Redskins are said to be one of the prime candidates to come up should Kyler Murray and Nick Bosa go Nos. 1 and 2 in the draft. Washington's quarterback situation is bleak with Case Keenum and Colt McCoy on year-by-year deals and Alex Smith (leg) unlikely to play again. The Skins would seemingly have to leap the Raiders and Giants at Nos. 4 and 6 overall for a chance at Haskins.

Cooley said he wouldn’t even touch Dwayne Haskins in the first round, so naturally it’s reported that the #Redskins are very intrigued by him.

Lol the skins love going the opposite of what Cooley says.

Re: What’s your plan for the Quarterback position?

As for trading up, I was just wondering if it's a possibility. I don't really love the move for Haskins, but we are desperate for a QB

How do you know the Redskins didn't tell Cooley to say that?

I like Haskins a lot but I'd hate to see the Skins move way up to get him.

Re: What’s your plan for the Quarterback position?

I've always suspected it was the skins leaking negative things about Guice last year which caused his stock to plummet on draft day, allowing them to get him in the 2nd when many analysts thought we might take him in the 1st.

It would not surprise me in the least to know the Skins have been putting it out there that Haskins isn't that great in hopes his draft stock falls.

The front office under Bruce Allen is nothing if not dirty.

Re: What’s your plan for the Quarterback position?

IF Haskins falls to us at 15 (not happening) take him.
IF Haskins doesn't fall to us at 15, trade a third-round pick for Rosen.
IF Haskins doesn't fall and we get can't get Rosen for a third, draft a project later (Rypien or Stick) in a later round (no earlier than that the 5th). Play out the season with Case or Colt and when the playoffs are out of reach, give the 3rd stringer an extended tryout to see what we have for next season.
If you can't get Haskins, Rosen, or a guy you like in the 5th or later as described above, punt and select a UDFA for the bench.

Yeah but the Skins were set to take Kerryon Johnson before the Lions jumped ahead to take him
