Never heard him talk football I can see. Anyways, back to the topic, I'd take Gruden. Anyone that can win with Al Davis in charge could win under Snyder.

You make a good point Buster. I hadn't thought of it that way.

Mark my words. If Limbaugh gets St.Louis, some people will make a big stink. After a little while it will blow over. Then St.Louis will be a marque team again. Limbaugh is a Steelers fan and would follow their model.

Re: Sources: Gruden the front runner
For every person saying thumbs down on Gruden, let's recall that Gruden and the Bucs beat us when we met over the past few years.

Re: Sources: Gruden the front runner
And I believe we beat them in the playoffs twice too, once with Brunnell.

Re: Sources: Gruden the front runner
If I recall we lost to them in the play-offs once and beat them before losing to Seatle?

Re: Sources: Gruden the front runner
I heard his football "analysis" related to McNabb. Just great stuff.

Correction:
2005 also marked a return to the playoffs, as the Bucs' posted a surprising 11–5 record, despite the loss of starting quarterback Brian Griese and some controversial coaching decisions, including a two-point conversion in the final seconds to defeat the Washington Redskins, who would later return to Tampa and eliminate the Bucs from the wild-card round of the playoffs. Re: Sources: Gruden the front runner
I thought we beat Tampa then lost to Seattle in 2005/2006
And we lost to Seattle in 2007/2008

Re: Sources: Gruden the front runner
We lost the play off game to Tampa in 1999. I know that has nothing to do with Chucky. My arguement was based off the regular season.

Re: Sources: Gruden the front runner
Ya know whats really funny, Norv is an excellent OC but sucks as a HC. While with the Skins the team seemed stuck in the mudd, lethargic, never going anywhere. He left us and picked up a few jobs but when he was an OC he shined and offenses did well. Then he gets the San Diego job and now I hear he is losing the fan base due to the same reasons as when he was with us.
