If we split the $36M 50/50 against next year, we're already back up to around $17.5M in room with the Sellers and Atogwe cuts.

id prefer not to restructure and just take our lumps now. restructuring to get under the cap is what got us into perpetual cap hell before.

Anyone know our contract exposure for 2013? If I recall we limited most guarantees past 2011 so maybe they can take a $10 mil hit now and rework things over the next 12 months to account for their remaining $26 mil.
