At what point do things stop being rumors and become facts with you? Just curious. It's been obvious the team has had individual blowups with no disciplinary action whatsoever. There has been a noticeable lack of intensity the last couple of weeks. Shanahan practically said he was throwing in the towell on the rest of the season no matter how he tried to explain it afterward. SS reported on the friction between Fletch and a couple of other players with Haslett. And SS said he already knew some of this was going on and wasn't surprised by some of the rest. Just curious what it takes for something to stop being a rumor and becoming a fact in your eyes. I heard the economy sucks and unemployment is high....I guess we'll have to wait and see on that one too huh?

No because the economy sucking and the unemployment being high is actually facts.. There is numbers and stats behind it.

I've seen this before on different scales around the league. People here something, and then assume it's right and then spread it around for a little jest.

Ill start believing a rumor when it's not a RUMOR Till then, i'm just going to enjoy the game this Sunday and the rest of the season.

Well I guess the difference is I believe what this LL dude is reporting is true. Partly..because what he is saying doesn't seem that farfetched considering the way we've been playing and previous reports about Hasletts relationship with Fletch among others...and a big part has to do with Smoots opinion of this guy. As far as numbers...3-6...losing to the 1-6 Panthers at home etc. Those are my reasons for regarding his statements more than "rumors". On that note... I hope we both enjoy the game Sunday.

Im pretty sure that nobody would be happy with loses. I dont doubt that people are unhappy with Shanahan and Haslett because I am too, but hes not getting fired at the end of the year. He said 5 years and its been 2.5. I want to win too but when you tell a guy hes allowed this much time then try to shit on his face because hes not there yet..

Well its just typical Redskins nation.

The Wizards Ernie? He has no business talking about the Skins. If there is a joke of a franchise in DC it is the Wizards.

Dear god. That could possibly even be worse than having Vinny.

I was really hoping that Shannahan was going to turn this thing around.... Just seems we are getting worse as the year goes on.
