Garnell Wilds.
I really loved this guy last year and feel he was great for depth. While he was far from a great player he was servicable and CHEAP. I'd love to see us re-acquire him this offseason, Im curious as to where he went, and how he left the terms (slightly more cash, cut, etc.)
I also liked his attitude, he seemed to be confident and really fed off himself and others making good plays. Nothing stands out more than him being in single coverage with Randy Moss and doing a great job. What do you guys think?

Re: Garnell Wilds.
I was surprised that he faded into the background. Where's he at now?

my boy is in carolina. I was mad when we let him go but from what i remember they picked him up as fast as gardner dropped balls for them.

i don't know why we released him, i thought he was good for depth and such, but maybe he started playing badly when we had him and they decided not to keep him. i'd love for us to bring him back.

Re: Garnell Wilds.
he only played in like 4 games that whole year. i mean i didn't see him much. We all loved him because he "owned" randy moss in the last game. Maybe he really wasn't that good but I liked him.

Re: Garnell Wilds.
he was a late season pick up off of carolinas practice squad (or he was a late cut for them)... they picked him back up immediately from us, but i also thought he was pretty good from limited action. I liked bauman too, but he got cut before the first year of gibbs and marvin lewis picked him up the same day as well.

Re: Garnell Wilds.
The thing is that guys that a lot of us like are always getting released when we least expect it. You know the feeling when you pick up the Post (or the Times) in the summer and you flip to the middle of the sports section and guys like Ohalate, Raymer, Rasby, Rosenfels, McCants, and Brown have been cut. You know guys that you never rested the hopes of your season on but you feel good about b/c they have starting experience and provide depth

Re: Garnell Wilds.
Wilds was suppose to be good I thought. I thought we were trying to bring up him and Rufus Brown for depth.
