First Offseason Power Rankings
http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/9233607
Pete Prisco is retarded....he ranked the redskins 16th and he said the coaches won't be enough to overcome the talent issue....i didnt know we had a talent issue...he put us third in the division barely ahead of dallas he made miami 8th...i know that they will probably be good, but if gus frerotte is your quarterback, your not going to get very far |

Re: First Offseason Power Rankings

Re: First Offseason Power Rankings
These guys will never learn. Besides, the offseason really just begun. Not that I really care about these rankings anyway, but look for the Skins to move up some as we get closer to the beginning of the season.
This is the year they make Theisman look like a genious. |

Re: First Offseason Power Rankings
I also think people are sleeping on the Raiders. If Shell can light a fire under these guys and a couple of good offseason moves, I think the Raiders, yes the inconsistent Raiders, can challenge for the division.

Re: First Offseason Power Rankings
I'd rather fly below the radar again next season. Let them put us in the middle of the pack again. We'll surprise them again next season.

Re: First Offseason Power Rankings
His reasoning is absurd. He dismisses us based on our well-respected coaching staff despite some issues (quarterback), then in the same breath gets on his knees for Nick Saban & Miami (in the same quarterback boat & then some) based on...you guessed it, coaching staff.

Re: First Offseason Power Rankings
You know, anyone can say whatever they want but not too many people put their money where their mouth is. I put $120 ($2400 payout) on the Skins winning the super bowl next year and I am dead serious about how good I THINK this team will be next year.
Disclaimer: I won $750 this past weekend at a casino playing nickle slot machine. Came in with $20 and left with $758 (won 15K nickles :p). I could afford to put my money where my mouth is and still come out ahead My money is on the Skins baby! HAIL!

Re: First Offseason Power Rankings
The Giants are 9th best even though their quarterback and defense need to be better. (Translation: I love the Giants and I hope they win, even though rational analysis tells me they were a fluke this year.)
The Eagles will "bounce back" but they need more "playmakers". (Translation: I know perfectly well the Eagles are toast, but I have to slurp Donovan or the league will have my kneecaps broken.) The Redskins were better than both at season's end, but he gets the "feeling" it will be difficult to repeat. (Translation: Dan Snyder has more money than me and Joe Gibbs isn't very quotable.)
