I didn't realize how cheap Cooley's contract is. That thing needs to be re-done before it becomes an issue. Thanks for the info!

it's a rookie contract for a 3rd round pick. that's why draft picks are nice... if you miss outside the top 5-10, you're really only out the pick, and not 10-30$mill . anyways, arch and carter aren't going to re-do their contracts for underperforming, so cooley's isn't going above and beyond either. he'll make it up on his next contract, which (hopefully) will get done next year before it expires (and gets much more expensive, but not really, cause he's still a TE). It's not really an issue though. and thanks for the update. |
