Who are you rooting for in Super Bowl XLIII?
Vote and discuss who you will be rooting for, not necessarily who you think will win the game.

Re: Who are you rooting for in Super Bowl XLIII?
I'm rooting for the Cardinals. irish made a solid point the other day making the case for the Steelers and their storied success, but with Wisenhunt, Grimm, and Rutledge (all who played for Gibbs) on the Cardinals's staff it's hard not to root for them.
Not a fan of the Bidwills, but I won't hold that against the Cardinals. Also, rooting big time for Kurt Warner. It's amazing that nearly a decade later he's returning to the Super Bowl after everyone (myself included) thought he was done.

I'm rooting for the Cards, but truthfully its a win win SB for me. I am still happy that the Eagles/Ravens are not in it!

The Cards, because their success reinforces the fact that in the NFL, any team can do it in any given year.

Re: Who are you rooting for in Super Bowl XLIII?
This is a tough one for me. It would be cool to see the underdog Cards pull it off, especially with their staff's connections to the Skins.
But my Mom is from western PA, so she and a lot of my relatives are big Steelers fans. They've always kind of been my second team (I'm soft on the Bills too, since my dad is from just outside Buffalo). All that said, I'll be pulling for the Cards.

Definitely the Cards. That team has been roaming in the desert, both literally and figuratively, for years.

Steelers, my deceased father's side of the family is from Latrobe. I have family in Tuscon as well, but they are Skins fans. Normally I would like to see the NFC win it, but with the way thing are going right now whoever I want to win ends up losing, so we'll see.

Cards, After watching them play the Atlanta I just kind of thought it would be cool to see them make a run with all the people picking the other teams to win. I also like the Warner story.

Cards for me obviously. I'm tired of the Steelers and they already have their share of hardware. The Cards are a great cinderella story.

Re: Who are you rooting for in Super Bowl XLIII?
The Cardinals.
No one needs to hear how the Steelers are the only franchise that has 6 Super Bowl titles. These guys are already pompous enough, no need to make things worse with that record. Although you might as well pencil them in as the victors. Nobody is stopping them. They needed to sustain more injuries in the AFC title game for the Cardinals to have a chance.
