3 wishes
You know the game, you've got 3 wishes. Anything you want will be granted. What are your 3 wishes? World peace? Riches? Fame? A Super Bowl win for the Skins?

Re: 3 wishes
Nice thread.
1) To have control of who live or dies on this Earth. Basically to be impervious to disease and death and to have control over that. This means family and friends live forever! See number two. 2) To pick what age I am as well as anyone else is and to stay that way indefinitely until I decide it changes. How awesome would it be to stay 21 forever? 3) To be totally off-the-radar for the above abilities. I don't want people beating down my door. Matty, you should also make the caveat you can't wish for more wishes.

Re: 3 wishes
1. Season Ticket Prices drop back to an affordable amount.
2. Redskins blow out the Cowboys in the NFC Championship game, AGAIN. And then go to the superbowl and beat the Patriots 88-0. The Redskins then go back to the Superbowl the next year, playing the Patriots again, and then continue to run up the score on the Patriots, AGAIN! 3. A comped Kingpin suite in the Palms Casino in Vegas. So I can celebrate the Redskins Superbowl Victories in style!

Re: 3 wishes
1) An absurd amount of money. Like $10 billion. It would give the gift of freedom to do whatever I wanted with my time (spend with family, travel, do cool stuff). It would also allow me to make a pretty big impact; I wouldn't just sit around as a man of leisure. I'd start foundations, give grants, start non-profit businesses, etc.
2) To have the power to snap my fingers and become invisible whenever I wanted. Whenever I play the "what superpower would you want" game, that's always the one I'd love to have. 3) And I'll steal TMC's. Ability to have me, my friends and my family live forever if they so chose.

Re: 3 wishes
1) Concur with Schneed. Not just a lot of money but an amount that means money doesn't even exist within my mindframe anymore. Billions and billions.
2). The ability to stop time. It's the coolest superpower on Heroes and has been the ability that I have always wanted. You can do anything with it. There is almost nothing unachievable with the ability to stop time. I only need 2...with those anything is possible. Although the everyone kind live forever is good. |

2. people would just start using common sense. some where along the line common sense was replaced by political correctness. bad move 3. more people enjoying life. people just taking a step back, and realizing how short life really is. smile, and do more fun things good thread, and good morning Malcolm

Re: 3 wishes
1. Money. Not to be shallow or material. But as you get older you realize that having money is so key. And I'm not necessarily talking billions and billions of dollars. Just talking about enough money to live comfortably and not worry about your expenses....so half a billion should do (I'd buy the Eagles and totally put them in the tank )
2. For me, my family and friends to be happy (whatever that may mean) 3. The ability to move objects with my mind

Re: 3 wishes
I would want to know who's giving me the wishes first. Nothing is for free.
(1) I'm poor for a reason. If you gave me money I'd probably blow it, no matter how much you gave me. My body wouldn't be able to take 24 / 7 Pabst Blue Ribbons, Northern Lights, and Philly Cheese Steak. (2) I'm mortal for a reason. If I had the power of a God I'd probably try to act like one. Nero wouldn't have anything on me. (3) The world is the way it is for a reason. No matter what my good intentions, by me interfering in the affairs of others (with nature) I'd probably make things worst than what they were. I would like to know how the Pyramids were actually built and how they moved all of those megalithic stones in South America. I want to know the secrets of Coral Castle.

Re: 3 wishes
Pretty simple:
Health Wealth Happiness (I like TMC's idea of all my friends/family staying young and healthy forever. That would make me pretty darn happy)

Re: 3 wishes
Living forever? That doesn't sound appealing at all. After you've seen it all and done it all what is left? Infinite boredom and unhappiness...no my friends, death is good!
