Yeah.. the actual calorie count isn't too horrible compared to other sandwiches though.

I don't know? Fried Chicken has started to eff me up. Maybe I'm getting older but almost everything I eat, I cook myself. Fast food is making me sick for some reason? It must be the grease.

It's comparable with a Big Mac, which means they're both pits of despair. I'm intrigued though...they have a grilled version as well. If I decide to try one, I'll just have to drink a gallon and a half of water to push that sodium out.

I would totally eat that if I was living in my pre-health craze of yesteryear. Unfortunately for KFC I have been making positive changes in my lifestyle that will coincide with me not eating that. I'd call it a heart attack on a bun but there's no bun. Let's just call it taking a shortcut to a heart attack.

Yeah it does...which surprised me, but yet I guess it's added flavor.

Re: Meat meets meat in KFC's no-bun sandwich

So all of you calling this gross and foul, I realize it is hazardous to my health, but I am not going to eat it every day for breakfast lunch and dinner.

One a month will not kill me. Live a little.

I'm with you. Life is too short to worry ALL the time about this kind of thing. I'll definitely be trying it and then getting on the treadmill for about 6 hours.

Re: Meat meets meat in KFC's no-bun sandwich

I'm hungry and that thing looks great. Guys its all right to eat stuff from time to time just don't eat it every night for dinner. For VALENTINES dinner I bring home an 8 peice chicken, mash potatos, grave, biscutes, green beans , and cole slaw and me and the wife pig out. Its great and our weird tradition.
