American Football World Cup
Well, itīs the same sport but not the NFL so I guess that should be the right forum...
Anyone here noticed the World Cup in Austria that the U.S. Team won against Canada yesterday? 50:7 in the final game, after beating Mexico, Australia and Germany in the first round. |

Can't say I've been following, but jeez could you imagine if the USA lost any of those games?

Re: American Football World Cup
Never heard of this but I doubt the level of talent can't be good. Any players we've heard of?
I think I'd rather watch Arena ball. For some reason, I can't get into Canadian football either.

American Football WM 2011: USA
hereīs the Roster. Itīs by far not the level of good college ball but as about every single european/australian player was an amateur being glad to play for his country (Aussies even paid about 5000$ for flight and hotel) you wonīt see people as highly motivated as phat Al on the field |

Re: American Football World Cup
I recognize only a few names. Johnny Dingle is one!
I only know him because of his famous photo though. Only have 2 WRs on the roster?

That. Photo. Is. Awesome. AWESOME. Who needs WR? Last saturday even our 5th QB was absent and so I let my offense play Double-Tight with 4 Backs. And we won. QBs and WR are overrated |

Re: American Football World Cup
5 QBs and 2 WRs on the roster and you expect me to take the team seriously?
