I have two suggestions.

Mario Teaches Typing, and an English class.

Lack of punctuation and capitalization makes it difficult to make sense out of your posts. For example, you've got three, maybe four sentences crammed into the quote above, two of which are questions, with no question marks, no period, etc. I'm not trying to be critical of you ... just offering some helpful advice. If you make your posts easier to read, you'll get a better response.

Daseal, you've got 350+ posts and you're still a rookie? What's up with that? Is there a breakdown somewhere showing the correlation between number of posts and icon?

I'm guessing they're waiting for the draft for the first round pick!

Let's cut him some slack guys. I mean we all at one time let our emotions get in the way sometimes, and just like the rest of us he hates our rivals. Maybe it wasn't a proper thread, but I would think that would be up to a Mod to Judge.
thanks

Oh, I have nothing against this guy. His heart is in the perfect place. Its jsut that the incoherently written sentences confused me. Thats all. I have nothing against your post either. I agree with his points also. Nothing against you man. Nothing against you.

I agree we should all cut the new guy a little slack. It took a little time for lots of our members to get their posts up to "Warpath standards".

I certainly commend jasonskin for his enthusiasm and passion, and I think many of us here agree with his take on things.

As far as the composition of posts go (this is good advice for all of us), it's important for everyone to take a little extra time to review your post before you submit it. I know we're all anxious to get our thoughts out there for everyone to see and respond to, but hurrying through a post simply for the sake of getting your thoughts out there can be counter-productive. It often results in posts that are unreadable or unintelligible.

It's much better to take a few moments to review your post for grammar, spelling and punctuation before submitting it, so that when others read it, they will not have to translate it. A well-composed post will be well-read and well-received, and will be more conducive to discussion-- which is why we're all here in the first place!

Well said Joe.

There are many posters here who set a high standard. The breadth of my own posts both here and on the recently departed Warpath v2.0 have ranged from alcohol fueled rants against my imaginary enemies in the Dallas Cowboys organization to well thought and meticulous critiques of blocking schemes throughout history. The important thing is to have fun expressing your love and admiration for the teamin a way that your fellow posters can enjoy, and perhaps make them think. 99% of our members are Redskins fans (and we enjoy the other 1%, most of the time), so remember to temper your criticism with the respect a fellow fan deserves.

P.S. I've considered installing a breathalyser machine on my PC to eliminate my drunken messages, but found the cost prohibitive. So, Hail to the Redskljdv/m m/,.;B !

Jason (assuming that's your name) it's not you, it's your post. You need to use punctuation, or at least decent line spacing.

If you aren't sure what we mean, at least hit return a couple of times after each sentence - space it out so it's readable.

For example, which of the 2 following paragraphs is easier to read?:

I am a redskins fan and have been for 20 years and have been to washington and i have seen the skins and have been a big fan of darrell green i am 37 and i am english and live in england i dont post with my real name and details as i sometimes post from work and dont want to get into trouble

Or

I am a Redskins fan and have been for 20 years. I have been to Washington and seen the Skins play. I am a big fan of Darrell Green.

I am 37, English and I live in England.

I don't post with my real name and details, as I sometimes post from work and don't want to get into trouble.

Hope you see what I mean, and understand it is far from personal. We all want to get along.
