Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
Official now. Time tbd. Sure hoping JD's leg soreness is nothing. Ironic that we play at Tampa which is the exact same setting as week 1. Not an easy game but winnable.

Re: Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
From what I saw of the Buccs today, it'll be 2 good O's run by 2 very good, if not great QB's, and 2 suspect defences. Likely a close game, but JD's legs may be the difference.

Re: Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
Perfect way to enter playoffs.
If we win, it will probably be similar to today and recent games. Start slow and playing horribly but then we finally turn things around and win with last minute heroics. If we lose, then we can’t get past our weaknesses and quick exit it is. I think we have a shot but playoffs are another level and if we play the way we did in the first half, we won’t win. We’re just lucky we held Dallas to mostly field goals or today would’ve been real ugly. I’m glad we are facing Tampa though because you will see how far this team has grown or needs to grow; by facing our opening opponent. |

Re: Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
Same setting as our last playoff game, night time in Tampa. Let's change the outcome and rip history a new one.

Re: Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
They’re beatable. Lost to Dallas the week before last when desperate to win the NFC South. Got to get after Mayfield and keep Evans from going off. Marshon - your time has come. Their D isn’t scary - it’s about limiting their O.

Re: Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
Agree with all of this. Really need Lattimore to be healthy as Evans is a beast and has been for a long time. Should be a fun game between 2 solid teams and qbs.

Re: Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
I was kind of hoping to go to LA, but this is also a good matchup for us. We can beat TB, we've basically been playing high pressure playoff style football for weeks now. These last minute finishes are giving me serious agita.

Re: Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
lattimore on evans, and limiting irving will be the keys on d.
On o, we need brob to get the power rush back..i dont know if hes been hurt or something, but hes not getting that push on defenders like he was earlier in the season. He isnt the back to get cute and break right or left for big gains. He needs to be able to punch up the middle and push the defenders forwards for several yards. It would also help if the receivers didnt have a case of the dropsies. all in all, i think this is our best matchup for rd 1, i just wish it would have been saturday so i can get more sleep before work monday morning.

Re: Washington @ Tampa Bay Playoff Game
Apparently there is a history. We really need Lattimore this week and the rest of playoffs for that matter
