Arena Football Player to Redskins?

I saw on NFL Network tonight that the Skins are trying out the Arena League MVP. He had like 84 TDs or something like that. He's six-three. Might be VERY interesting.

I'm guessing he is a running back, is that correct or is he a WR?

The 2004 Washington Redskins team highlights will be on the NFL Network this Wednesday at 8:30, just to let everyone know

If he stays off the blow and reports to camp on time, that's all I ask.

Almost 40% of his catches were for touchdowns?! That' ridiculous, even in Arena Football. I really would love to see us find a diamond in the rough that is Arena Football

Re: Arena Football Player to Redskins?

If he's cheap and he's anywhere NEAR as good as he was in the Arena league, I'd love to see us give him a chance. He can't command a very high price coming from Arena football.

Well at least we know he's though. He has a nack for the endzone but there must be something if he has not made the NFL in all these years.

Re: Arena Football Player to Redskins?

It can't hurt to bring him to camp, the worst that can happen is that Gibbs says "no thanks." But to be an MVP in any league you've got to be a player so what the hey.

I'll be sure to catch the 2004 highlights, I'm going nuts now between waiting on the Hall of Fame game and Madden 2006.
