the monday nite game

is anyone on here a lawyer. I live in NJ and i would like to know if it is possible to sue the NFL and ESPN/ABC over this shit. I think the Giant game should be moved to a local channel like the pre-season. Me and a bunch of friends both dallas and skins are curious about filling a lawsuite.

Perhaps false advertising. It would be difficult to prove damages, though.

There are rules governing broadcast companies licensed to uses public airwaves. You can certainly contact a lawyer and see what they can do.

Re: the monday nite game

seem like a total waste of time, considering any real legal action would take a year, so you'll be missing the game anyways.

Re: the monday nite game

I was under the impression that both of the games were on at the same time. One on ABC one on ESPN (The Giants game starts on ABC but moves to ESPN when the skins game starts.)

Is this untrue in the NO and NY viewing areas?

I dont understand why ESPN doesnt get the Giants and ABC gets the Skins. Seems like that would be the easiest to setup.

Re: the monday nite game

In the NY and NO areas we won't get the Skins/Cowboys until the thrilling Giants/Saints game is over.

Re: the monday nite game

Living in Va. we just don't realize how lucky we are as Skins fans to get every preseason and every regular game. One time the local channel decided to switch from the skins game to one which had meaning and the local fans went nutts. After about 15 min. of the other game the station switched back to the skins game and that was the last time that ever happened.

Hahahahaha, that's hilarious. Last year, my satellite went out during the Cowboys game and I went absolutely apeshit. Had to drive 10 miles to the nearest bar to watch the game.
