Someone at work would religiously print out her articles and tape them in the men's bathroom stalls. So me and my buddy would throw the articles in the toilet after a dump and it would clog. Eventually facilities sent a email around telling folks not to leave reading material in the bathrooms.

It 'did name Tamerlan specifically,' he added. The 'government-to-government' letter, which he said was sent to the Department of Homeland Security at the highest level, did not name Boston or suggest a date for his planned attack.
