And BTW....I think Aaron Rodgers is still as good as ever.

He was excellent yesterday.

Re: Skins vs Packers post game thread

It's really too early for playoff odd predictors. Bottomline is some team is going to have to get on a roll, and stay healthy. Philly's time of possession yesterday was 20 min to SD 40. Their defense won't last at that rate, and regardless of our offensive struggles, isn't that good to begin with. I really doubt Philly will be in the mix at the end.

I understand the worry for RG3 but did most of you know he has a higher QB rating so far than Brees and Kaepernick?

Junk numbers late in the game are the only reason he has a QB rating over 50.

If there was ever a time when stats don't tell the story it's RG3's first two games. Right now, RG3 is a good fantasy QB, that's about it. When the game was competitive, and we needed first downs in the first half, he could not deliver, he could not keep up with Aaron Rodgers.

Honestly though other than Manning right now who can?

Honestly, I was expecting RG3 to play a game similar to what Colin K. did last week. GB does not have a good defense and we could not get a first down or score til the game was out of hand. Our offense is pitiful right now and the defense is even worse.

Re: Skins vs Packers post game thread

Fred Smoot was asked after the game what our record was going to be this season and he said 6-10. They went through each weeks game. Honestly, I agreed with him.

If nothing changes across the board.

Detroit- Loss
Raiders- Win
Bye
Cowboys- Loss
Bears - Win?
Bronco's- Loss
Chargers- Win?
Vikings- Loss
Eagles- Win
49ers- Loss
Giants- Win
Chiefs- Loss
Falcons- Loss
Cowboys- Win
Giants- Loss

You could flip the Chargers game with the Chiefs if you want or we could lose both who knows.

The team needs to cut Meriweather. He has been doing nothing but collecting a paycheck. First year knee injury, second year knee injury, now concussion. It's time to move on and look to see who else is available on the open market.

Haven't seen their games. But we don't really need to compare the two. Brees has a resume that speaks for itself.

Sav Rocca has been getting worse every game. He's the only punter in the NFL right now with a less then 40 net.

What happen to him booming punts for 60 yards inside the 20 every game? Miss those days.
