Re: Who Will Win Game 4
I think you're all missing this seasons salient point: Will we be wearing white jerseys. If we wear white, we win. Simple.

Re: Who Will Win Game 4
broncos are overrated, plummer is crap as a QB, they beat the chiefs defense, who had 2 good games and the media loved them. their defense sucks. wait till plummer faces us, and mike anderson? not scared of him at all. we should win this game

Re: Who Will Win Game 4
I have a hunch the Skins pull this one out late in a very close and very low scoring game - - Maybe 17-13 or maybe even 13-10.
The Internet sports books have the Skins on the money line at +250 or +260 depending on where you look now. I'm hoping that the line moves to +280 by the weekend. If it does, I will hop on the Skins at that price. In any event, I already took the Skins with 6.5 points...

Skins 24
Broncos 17 Moss has a big day, and Portis runs for 125 yds and a TD. |

I really don't think Denver will score that much. Skins 17/13 to Broncos 7.

Re: Who Will Win Game 4
Broncos 15, Redskins 12
Elam hits a 45 yarder in the last 10 seconds to win it. Defensive battle, as neither team can get it going. Brunell and Plummer both throw 2 picks, and Anderson and Portis stuggle to get 80 yards. Novak misses a long FG early in the game. Just glad this 4:15 game comes when there's a holiday the next day, so I can get ripped and not worry having to get up for work.

A proposed offensive game plan
Start out with some play-action passes just to set the Broncos back on their toes in the 1st quarter. Make sure to hit receivers other than Moss and the TEs, especially since Champ vs. Santana represents a problem. In the 2nd and 3rd quarters, grind it out on the ground with runs and a few passes to keep 'em honest. In the 4th, when their biting on the run, throw a long pass to Moss or Patten as the back-breaker.

Re: Who Will Win Game 4
I do believe the Denver game will be more difficult to win compared to the KC game. KC has no D, denver on the other hand has been shutting down the run. But it comes down to field position and the composure of the QB. I give that to Brunell. He is not going to force something that isn't there. And we all know Jake is going to make a mistake or two. The key is we have to make them pay for it. We need to create some pressure, contain the outside so he cant to alot on the run. Pressure up the middle, DE contain the sides and force him up in the pocket to get blasted or forced a bad throw. This will happen, Springs or Taylor will have a pick sunday. maybe even our rookie, Carlos. they run an offense similiar to Seattle, so we have some experience shutting it down.

Re: Who Will Win Game 4
I rail on skinnyfan because I would say 99% of his posts are negative. Typically I choose to skip over his posts because they are overtly doom'n'gloom.
I have no problem with people who take a realist point of view, offiss and SC's opinions are some that I value, because they give credit where it is due. Skinnyfan strikes me as a "glass is ALWAYS empty" kind of person, hence the reason I don't take those posts so seriously because I can't remember anything truly positive.
