I think it was Smootsmack who said Snyder pretty much couldn't stand cousins and wanted him gone. I gotta believe that cousins was a little bit of scapegoat because rg3 couldn't take that next step. I'm sure things change, but once again Snyder was wrong.

He should just sign checks and ask questions. He has already proven that he is not capable of putting a consistent winning product on the field. I honestly believe he has done that since the RG3 trade. I think that was his last major decision which obviously was an epic fail.

So my whole point of bringing up the RG3 trade was more to show how terrible of a coach is Jeff Fisher, that even with that boatload of picks, he hasn't been able to right the ship in four seasons.
And in regards to our team, you could say that the division title in 2012 resulted from the trade. However, to me it seems that now in 2015 we've won a division title despite losing all of those picks with that trade. In the end, just two teams going in different directions IMO. Still surprised that Jeff Fisher still has a job after four losing seasons.
