Re: Wilcard/Playoffs weekend
LMAO. Doesn't shock me. I mean I understand winning breeds a fan-base, but jeezus, I've never see a bandwagon fill up like that. I mean the Patriots one is full-steam ahead but it took them longer than a year.

Re: Wilcard/Playoffs weekend
Spanos wants to go to Carson not Inglewood.

Re: Wilcard/Playoffs weekend
Those injuries just occurred and weakens them, Okeafor is their best pass rusher. They signed "white trash" Jason Babin to replace him. Now they have 2 of the oldest pass rushers in Freeney and Babin.

Re: Wilcard/Playoffs weekend
Don't most folks in L.A. hate the Chargers? If so, it could be a disaster for them to move to L.A. I couldn't imagine the Skins becoming a tenant of the Ravens, for example.

Quote:
Hate is a strong word in this case, they just don't care for them...totally apathetic. The chargers in LA wouldn't even be the equivalent of the jets in NY or even the clippers in LA. They, no joke, would have to win a few Lombardi trophies in a row or 3 out of 5 years, etc. Even then, the moment they start losing it will be a huge struggle. Rams are LA's child and Spanos is a moron. Obviously the only rationale to move would be to get LA market value for when he sells. I suspect that's his end game. Sell in a couple of years at double the value of what team would be worth in SD |
