To add to that, I don't trust our coaching staff with any players right now. They need to go.

JNo hasn’t done squat.

Look into drafting a QB as well.

The Redskins offense don’t have a franchise “face” kind of player. Bunch of fucking warm bodies on the offense. Redskins Organization are what happen when your front office are a bunch of scared, cheap monkeys in suits. Anytime it’s time to spend money on a player everyone thinks back to the Haynesworth debacle and wants to lowball guys. Just fucking pay for good, proven players. I’m tired of watching replacements try to bandaid this team year in and year out.

A QB is a must. The Smith experiment will likely be over relatively soon, especially if the Danny does something sane for once and cans Gruden.

Funny, I didn't catch your error either til after I posted my response. Bruce Smith actually was the best of those over the hill vets Snyder brought on in 2000. We actually got some positive contributions from him, unlike his teammate Reed or Deion. God I remember Deion getting just plain beat by Johnny Morton in the Silverdome in 2000. What a piece of %$&*!!!!!!!

So who the fuck thought Smith was better than Cousins? Man they really know how to fuck up the Qb position here in Washington. Smith can not carry an offense at all. He has no presence or big play ability to speak of. Now we're stuck with this noodle arm for the next few years. Also we have the most overrated o-line in the league. This is now two times where I've seen them get abused by subpar defenses. And this was a true test for the defense and they just got gashed.

You had two weeks to get ready and this is the best you can do? This does not look good Jay. Not good at all.

Gruden is just a symptom of the bigger problem, mainly being both a stupid owner and FO. They went through so many decent HCs that nobody but those in over their head assistants will go for the job. Nobody that has any shred of coaching talent will want to come here, just to be jerked around and canned because of any lack of any control over their team. Knowing Dan, he will hire Rex Ryan.

Yeah I have to admit I had the same thought, re: the bolded. I don't think there's anything wrong with Smith's arm, but Sunday I watched Cousins deliver strikes while falling backwards under duress from Fletcher Cox as he anticipated receivers running to the open area. And last night I watched Smith hesitate and double clutch until the receiver ran open, and by then it was too late to throw.

In the post-game press conference Gruden is up there saying we need to make sure we get our quarterback into plays he's comfortable with. For me, that translates directly to: we're finding out that our QB isn't comfortable with as much as our old one was.

Not a good sign at all. Bruce Allen should be canned now so a new GM can get in and get organized ahead of the draft.

Alex Smith is not the same type of QB as KC, He's a game manager that takes very few chances but we all knew that... My question is who else did we have to bring in??? Case Keenum? Yeah no thanks.

Jay Gruden this off season "We are built to win now, Alex just has to step in and do the job"

HAHA Dude is a fucking fool.

First of all our best player on offense this yr has been AD and he wasn't even here when Jay made that comment.

2nd of all , we have no #1 WR to throw too, might as well cut Doc now. Reed and Davis are both good TEs but nothing special.

The defense is solid when we play a one dimensional offense.

I agree with everything on this post. It is time for Bruce "I am the son of George" Allen to go. We need new leadership and I have never seen a GM do so poorly and not get fired since.....Vinny "Bag o Doughnuts" Cerrato.
Oh, that was with the Redskins as well. Dayum!
