Also, I blame Ike Hilliard for Doctson's lack of development. Doctson has the athletic ability to be successful, but for whatever reason (mindset, w/e) its not coming together. I put that on the coach.

I don't know if #Redskins are interested in Gregg Williams. I think they like the idea but maybe not what comes with it. BUT they would be crazy not to be.
