Probably already suggested but....Washington Warpath. Still a native american reference but not as inflammatory. Not sure if I even care anymore.

If liberals are offended by something as generic as "Indians", no way they'll "allow" Warpath, which sounds like it has scalping references.

I have liked the redwolves for a while. I really would not like the Redtails name at all. At this point keep it WFT and tweak the graphics/logos a little with the extra time. We went thru the name change once already, not really in a hurry to do it again anymore.

Makes sense for Air Force to do that, pretty neat. Just not a name I would get excited about for this football team. I think redwolves you could argue can kinda remain with the native american theme we had for so long. Otherwise, just keep it Washington Football Team would be my vote. I'd almost just drop the team part of it and leave it Washington Football. I've also tried to wrap my head around the idea of the Washington Pigskins, of course still being called the skins, but can't really sell myself on that name either lol.

Warriors is cool ... but I would not go with anything Close to Native American logo ... keep the colors W on the helmet .. maybe warriors on front of jersey..

Yeah I am guessing he does and that is def the logo to stay. He wouldn't spend that amount on a Logo if it wasn't permanent IMO
