Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
I still would have picked Young. I have a feeling Haskins will be gone this week.

Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
It’s clear Haskins checked out and it’s over for him in DC. Sucks that I bought his jersey last year... never buying another players jersey again

Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
I can't help but feel like COVID also deserves some blame in this situation. If we had had a normal offseason and Rivera got the chance to evaluate him through the offseason, I think Allen would've had a better chance at winning the job and we could've gotten a higher pick for Haskins. As it is now his value is tanked because everybody knows Rivera wants him out. I'd be surprised if we get anything higher than a day 3 pick.

Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
What GM wants a guy that quit on his team because he got benched? Unreal man, and he's soft as fuck mentally. Good job once again Dan Snyder

Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
Ron will cut him if anything, he doesn't give a shit about the picks at this point.

Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
Team needs to spin this shit. Close off practices to all media, tell them it is concern for player safety due to Covid. Give it two weeks, have a coach come out and rave about all Haskins is doing right and how is trying to improve and get the best deal we can for him. It is evident he has no support/benefactor other than Dan and that is a problem. He is not helping his case either.

Still don't think we get anything for him but this makes for an entertaining read. Something tells me Haskins wouldn't fit in the "Patriot Way" lol. |

He'd be our new starter and Jones is about to lose his job anyways, he's worse than Haskins. Daniel has 17 INTs and 22 fumbles in 18 games!

Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
What is any team going to see on film to support a trade except for low picks? Be lucky to get more than a 3rd at this point. OTOH anything helps us more at this point than having him on the roster in the spring, including the extra roster spot. Sad its come to this.

Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
This situation is bad for the team and Haskins altogether, however one good thing did come out of this. Haskins asked the team to draft McLaurin, which ended up becoming one of the best picks in WFT's history already. Yes, we wasted a 1st round pick on Haskins but the McLaurin pick made up for it, in my opinion. Now, the rookie QB next year will have an awesome WR to grow with.

Re: How Many Games Should We Test Haskins?
I wouldn’t say the situation is bad...I’d go with typical and normal with this franchise.
