Eagles defense is much better than our and it’s not close.

It's still early, and right now I'd say our offense is better than their offense.

Besides, both of the 'Niners TD drives were long drives against the Eagles' D. Time consuming and wearing their asses out. Based on the first two weeks, you can run the ball on the Eagles' D.

I think you can run against them ok, you gotta understand the SF run game scheme is constantly top 3 attack in the league. We ain’t on the same level of a rushing attack.

This is how I rank the defense in our division right now
1. Eagles
2. Skins
3. Giants
4. Cowboys

Eagles Oline is fairly solid. I came away impressed against a good San Fran dline

The Eagles' offensive and defensive lines are fairly solid, but I've noticed that you can run on them in the first two weeks of the season. The Falcons was running against them last week until they got too far behind.

I'm still not sold on Jalen Hurts either.

Teams change a lot over the first 3-4 weeks. Let's see where we all stand at the bye.

They nearly scored on that last second of the half lateral play that never works, that would have been infuriating.

Based on current trajectory I'm assuming.

A lot can change between now and when we play them though, so it's anyone's guess how our D will perform.

Based on we were a offside from being 0-2 and have the worlds greatest defense on paper but have failed to come close to being good .. and the Cowboys looked good in there loss and won today ..unless the D wakes up I see us last in this division.. maybe 6 wins .. hope they get it fixed

Dallas was an illegal formation from being 0-2. Right now we are 1-1 like Dallas and Philly. That is reality. LA didn't play near as crisp as last week and Dallas had a 10 day mini bye plus game film that we didn't have.

Our D will get better but right now our offense at least looks capable to put up points as well.

Let's let the season play itself out, none of the NFC East teams look uber dominant at this point and we have a round robin at the end to sort it all out.

Re: Around the NFL Week 2

One thing, it's obviously getting really hard to be a consistently dominant defense in the NFL. The Steelers where impressive and physical last week vs the Bills and gave up 26 to the Raiders...
