This is a crisis, have a hearing on getting down chicken prices.

Edit - This isn't random. I was looking at having lunch delivered before posting this, and I wanted wings. But paying rent in July sounds appealing too.

The CPI report this morning had no silver lining…it was devastating. The fed will have to be more aggressive.

Year to year:

Groceries +11.9% y/y -->Biggest inc. since 1979
Chicken +17.4% ->Largest ever
Restaurants +9% -> Largest ever
Fuel oil +107% ->Largest ever
Electricity +12% ->Largest since '06
Rent +5.2% ->Largest since 1987
Airfare +37.8% ->Largest since 1980
Services +5.7% ->Largest since 1990

The high rent in big pockets around the country is a major problem not being talked about enough.

The scary thing is even though white supremacist are considered to be a minority of the population of white people you can see the game plan to gain a national voice. Give them till the end of the decade and they can easily have at least 2% if not more of the senate seats and hold all legislation that doesn't meet their agenda hostage.

These are no more my people then the extreme leftists are your people. There are levels of extremism on both sides of the political spectrum, and to imply that the extreme right is more vocal or violent than the extreme left is simply wrong. Also, if you assume that this is new, or somehow been given more of a voice, than you weren't around in the 60's, or the 80's, sure they were different names but the immoral morality was the same.

Friendly reminder, I still believe those perpetuating violence at BLM rallies or using a rally as an excuse to smash windows or loot shit don't do it in the name of advancing equal treatment for all POC.
