I just hope we do something legit at the QB position. My preference is sign a vet, and draft the best QB available at No. 11.

Re: 2022 veteran QB options
I think we should draft Pickett or Corall....both are potentially better than Taylor Heinicke. All the front office needs to do is put talent around a rookie qb.....I'm all for keeping all of our picks. Forget Wilson and Watson. The only guy I would trade for is Justin Love.....offering GB a 2nd.

Re: 2022 veteran QB options
For those curious about Carson Wentz, this seems like a very succinct summary of his situation
JP Finlay @JPFinlayNBCS · 2h I keep circling back to this on Carson Wentz - Indy just gave up 2 firsts to get him, will have to eat money to release him and there’s no clear upgrade in sight for Colts. How many red flags is that? |

Right now if you said to me you only had 3 choices at QB, say Wentz, Trubiskey or Mariota, I'd have to go with Wentz. I'm not saying that's a realistic scenario, but Wentz is not the worst option out there. |

Re: 2022 veteran QB options
Yeah I don't want Wentz, if it's him or Winston I'd take Winston..
Wentz is always hurt

Re: 2022 veteran QB options
I agree with Anon, Wentz can play but he finds a way to get lit up every week.
You can't count on this guy to play every game. |

So many red flags with Wentz... I'd only look at him as a last resort

Re: 2022 veteran QB options
It isn’t only who we might sign, but what we would have to give up. Id take Wentz for a six pack as opposed to Jimmy G for a beer truck full.
Yes it is 7:51 AM, and yes I want a beer. |

Re: 2022 veteran QB options
Exactly. Sometimes in life you have to get what you can afford, not what you want. Otherwise you're an alcoholic drinking beer at 7:51 AM with no money left for food...
