If they had just called time out on 4th down Atlanta would have had to punt giving about 80 secs for a drive (and a more careful pace -ie less chance of int.). I just don't get how Rivera is such a moron when it comes to managing time. He's had this problem for years and still doesn't seem to be able grasp situational time management.

Game is up for grabs in 2nd half. Heinicke needs to get going. Looked like he missed McLaurin on a td and threw that bad pick. Needs to pick it up. Like our skill positions. Where is Jahan Dotson? Need to see him get going.
