And their defense was definitely an embarrassment. But still can't throw that ball. And you shouldn't have a route that is going sideways to the sticks on 4th down. If you're gonna throw it short it needs to be a slant or something, where you're at least heading upfield. So not a great playcall either.

Terrible play call and it was Hock vs a little d back. Hock was on fire he probably thought he could bust the tackle and get the first down. DB made a great tackle. Maybe had one Vikings defender made a great tackle all day the outcome would have been different. |

Re: Wild Card Weekend
How the fuck did we only score 17 points against the Vikings defense. Embarrassing

Re: Wild Card Weekend
I'm just amazed at both sides of the Kirk debate. There's no middle ground for either side.

Wild Card Weekend

Do I think he is worth the money? No. But there are so many players that aren’t. Good for him he cashed out. I do not hold it against him. The other knock is he isn’t clutch but he led the league in game winning drives. 8 of them to be exact. All I know is if we had signed him we would have been way better off. You can take Wentz’s money right off the top and we would have extra picks right now. Dude has played his entire career on two teams. One the Redskins where nobody is leading anyone to the promised land. The other Minny, where again nobody is leading anyone to the promised land. |

Re: Wild Card Weekend
Kurt was brought to Minnesota to get them over the hump almost five years ago, and he has not had that effect. Is it all his fault? No, unless you expect your highly paid franchise QB to overcome your team's shortcomings, make everyone around him better, put the team on his back (all those sayings people love to use).
Hey, he had a good game, his stats look great. But that's Kurt. That's always been Kurt. His team is still watching the rest of the post season, and his supporters are left to making excuses for him. Yeah, I believe a 50/50 ball to JJ would have been better than the check down to the TE. That's not why they lost the game, but it was a dumb decision anyway. |

Re: Wild Card Weekend
Let’s go Bucs. I can’t listen to another week about Dallas. It’s bad enough that I gotta hear Giants fans acting like they shocked the world. Does Minnesota ever do anything in the playoffs when they win 11,12,13 games? Ever? With or without Kirk? I just need the rest of the division to be done before I can enjoy anything.

Re: Wild Card Weekend
I'm gonna move back to CA just for sports scheduling.
It's absolutely miserable having to wait around until 8:15 p.m. Actually, I'm gonna overcorrect, and move to Hawaii.

Re: Wild Card Weekend
Monday night football during playoffs is so dumb. Clearly a money grab and not about quality football gotta think 3 games on Saturday would produce much divisional match ups than the current 3 day set up

Re: Wild Card Weekend
Game quality or caring about fans is right up there with player safety, on things that the owners and their highly paid cocksucker don't give 2 shits about.
