Fitterer, part of the Seattle Seahawks’ front office from 2001 to 2020 before joining Carolina from 2021 to 2023, will support the Commanders’ revamped department as a personnel executive. The Panthers fired Fitterer in January. Carolina went 14-37 over the previous three seasons.

Panther fans were super critical of this hire, but they think a lot of his picks could have been ordered by Tepper. A little surprising hire, as I thought the front office was done.
