Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
It's that time of year when we get to see all those classic Christmas cartoons.
So which one is your favorite? Mad respect for a Peanuts Christmas, but I'm all about Frosty the Snowman. Olive the Other Reindeer is kind of a sleeper, but not a classic

Re: Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
What about Ted Turner's favorite movie of all time... A Christmas Story?
From that list, I'd have to go with Rudolph, though. That stop motion animation creeped me out when I was a kid, but it's a classic. |

I had to go with The Grinch, the antlers on the dog used to crack me up!

Re: Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
Which one of those Rudolph movies has Mr. Heat Miser in it?
My husband walks around singing that song during the holidays. It gets to be annoying after awhile. Especially since he doesn't know all the lyrics. |

Re: Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
"A Christmas Story", definitely has to be my favorite holiday program. But, since you are only talking about cartoons, I'll have to say The Grinch.

LOL. That made me laugh pretty hard.
It IS a great Christmas movie. It teaches about the beauty of giving bullets.

Re: Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
I love how we all can remember the most obscure quotes in movies.

Re: Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
Anyone else remember the movie The Toy (Jackie Gleason, Richard Pryor)? That movie was so wrong, yet so right

Re: Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
HA! I know, you'd think that right after the Civil Rights moment that movie's premise wouldn't exactly be "OK".

Re: Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
The problem I always had with that line was that he first says it in German, both of the bad guys native tongues. His buddy looks at him like "What the hell does "shutzen zie fenster" mean?" So Hans rolls his eyes and says in English "Shoot...the....glass". It just didn't make sense to me.

Re: Wanga Skin's Holiday Special Poll
I'm also a big fan of Gremlins for the holidays.
Yeah, they just don't make action movies like Die Hard anymore.
