Re: Meet the Hensel Twins
Something else really crazy and bizzare is chimerism. (see Lydia Fairchild - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) It's when two seperate fertilized eggs join together (basically two seperate maternal twins fusing together to form one person)...
These people have been known to have two sets of D.N.A. and as someone born and raised pro-life it was hard to come to terms with this, and has raised some serious questions when thinking about humans in the early stages. I always felt life started at conception... So when two seperately conceived fetus' join together to form one person... is that two people? Makes my head spin sometimes. There's so much ambiguity out there it drives me insane.

Re: Meet the Hensel Twins
I was just going to say how much would it suck to get in an argument with the other one?! There's no way to get away!

Re: Meet the Hensel Twins
Pretty interesting to see what organs they have and share:
Abigail and Brittany Hensel - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Common organs Most of Abigail and Brittany's shared organs lie below the waist line. 2 heads 2 arms -- originally 3, but the short malformed central arm was removed 2 spinal cords and backbones which merge at the pelvis -- surgery corrected scoliosis 3½ lungs -- surgery expanded their chest cavity 2 breasts 2 hearts in a shared circulatory system -- medicine taken by either affects both 1 liver 2 stomachs 3 kidneys 2 gallbladders 1 bladder 1 ribcage 1 large intestine 1 female reproductive system |

Re: Meet the Hensel Twins
There's another joke I could have made, but I wanted to take the "high road".

Re: Meet the Hensel Twins
I'll tell you the punch line though:
"Just ONE?! "
