Springs for Bly trade offered

heres where i agree with people, keeping the core guys. however, i love betts as much as anyone, but i would 100 percent trade him for two picks or dre bly. i wouldnt trade betts and springs, just betts. here is my reasoning, RB are a dime a dozen, you can get a capable running back in almost any round of the draft. as key as the running back position is in football it also the easiest to find a player at. betts would be easily replaced talent wise. to trade betts for a top 5 maybe top 10 corner is a no brainer. corner is the hardest position to find in profootball. if you put springs and bly at corner, you give your defense an extremely large advantage at dictating the game. rodgers is a bust in my mind because he doesnt know how to play corner...hence hes always ten yards off the ball like a scared dog. but throw smoot in to be a backup and third corner, now you really can do some stuff up front to open up the pass rush and bring one of you safeties in the box more to help the run. betts for bly makes too much sense if you ask me.

I only have one question...why are we so interested in dre bly? The way i see it he only wants to come here for that big payday that we are known to provide.

Bly is interested in gettin an extension (which washington told him he would get if he came here, b4 the Lions traded him) Hes also from Chesapeak, VA and would love to be closer to his family. Denver is not going to extend his contract which is up after this season so essentially its the same reason Lance Briggs is holding out. If he gets hurt bad, they cut him and his value dropps, or he get hurt and his career is over. denver can just wash their hands of him. He wants that security in knowing he will be taken care of if something were to happen to him. Makes sense to me. Besides he is a top tier corner, not elite. But he is up there.

The Skins are in the drivers seat as far as trading with Denver goes. The Broncos are the ones trading up, have you seen the deal that was on the table?? The Skins are looking at picking up at least 2 picks in addition to moving down.

The Skins may be in the driver's seat but considering how they have handled trades lately I am almost certain they will wreck the car.

Wilson (a Pro Bowler), their 1st, their 2nd and/or their 3rd doesn't sound so appetizing for Denver. And we rejected that one, so any trade between Denver and Wash for the 6th overall pick is going to be even better for Wash.
