Is Reed Doughty Done?
I really like this guy. Seems to be a standout guy, but I think his days are numbered. Does anyone think he will make the team?

Re: Is Reed Doughty Done?
This guy played really well last year, it's kinda like the Jimoh thread.....I hope they can keep him. He's really good on teams, the boy can lay some wood! Not to mention he is one CLASS ACT. GOD BLESS his sick child, wish him nothing but the very best!

Re: Is Reed Doughty Done?
It looks like we will be keeping nine cornerbacks and seven safties so I think he will be fine.

Re: Is Reed Doughty Done?
I really like Reed too, but I doubt he will make the team. We already have Taylor, Landry, Prioleau, Fox, and Stoutmire back there, so unless he can beat out Fox or Stoutmire he won't be staying.

Re: Is Reed Doughty Done?
Speaking of safeties, I just finished watching the New York Dragons get smoked in arena football. The Dragons Strong Safety...Ifeanyi Ohalete
Anyhow, I like Doughty but he'll have to work his ass off to make this team, even special teams

Re: Is Reed Doughty Done?
No, I acutally thought he was pretty good when he played here. I'm pretty sure he made a couple of plays against us as well when he was with I belive Cincinatti

Re: Is Reed Doughty Done?
I think that he will make the practice squad at least, but I don't think other teams will let him stay there. Like the Ravens, who took Chris Pino and Ike ndukkkdke.

Re: Is Reed Doughty Done?
I always liked Ohalete, although he wasn't the greatest safety I thought he was serviceable.

Promising at what? I liked the Stoudmire signing. He was here in 2005, played well is a veteran who already knows GW's system and is a good blitzer. And unlike Doughty he will get on the field.

Re: Is Reed Doughty Done?
I don't understand. You must think Stoutmire will beat out Reed or you would have no problem with him being here. Would you rather the Redskins keep somebody who they like as a person or someone who can actually play?
