He's not coaching a "high school team" he's staying in the area watching his SON play high school ball. He's been a real class act about everything, wish I could say the same for the fans.

maybe max protect means less weapons to guard (2 WRs, 1 RB) = lots of check offs... dunno, we're not scoring or running very well right now...

Spurrier and the NFL were a bad marriage, and bad marriages are usually short and less than sweet. He came into the partnership with the wrong expectations and came away from it with disappointing results. Albeit $10 million richer for the miserable experience.

With his 10 mill he's out on the golf course...........

How long have you been a Redskins fan? I would have hated to see your comments when we were 0-5 under Marty. Don't you know that when everybody counts us out of this year, that's when we emerge out of this? It's time to believe and not worry what other people think. That's a sign of weakness.

How can u say our offense looked better?? Have u forgetten the beating our QB's used to take everytime they dropped back to pass?? It was horrible to watch and delightful for the opposing defenses..

Diesl44 - This offense is beginning to look sickeningly like Spurrier's offense of the last 2 seasons. I said this during today's game and my husband agreed wholeheartedly.

I sure expected more from Gibbs' team. Maybe not a lot more wins, but certainly an offense that looks like it knows what it's doing and is competitive in every game. This offense looks like neither.
