Taylor's injury is the same one (grade II sprain) that kept Samuels out 4 weeks during training camp/preseason. The injuries are just absurd.

So we likely will not have Taylor back until around the same time that Thomas returns? :frusty:

Yeah we definitely need to keep the ball out of Romo's hands as much as possible. Drives like we had at the start of the 3rd quarter yesterday are exactly what we need to win...except we need TDs not Field Goals.

This is going to be a tough tough game. I'm looking forward to a good battle.

The part about that is the Cowboys defense has not allowed a 100 yard rusher all season. Jacobs came closest on Sunday with 95 yards.

Well Thomas Jones was the only one to do so against the Eagles before yesterday so...

I wonder if Portis' success against a good run D had anything to do with the coaches putting the ball in JC's hands a little more. Seriously, that's not a rhetorical question. Common sense would indicate yes, but sometimes reality defies common sense.

I think it goes hand in hand. Portis having more success running the football has in turn given Campbell more confidence and success in the passing department. The same can be said about Campbell giving Portis confidence. I'm seeing at least two guys on that offense (Campbell and Portis) who I feel are true Redskins. Seeing Portis as down as he was after the Eagles loss tells me it's not just about numbers, it's about the team.

I think a lot of it has to do with the offensive line getting into a groove a little. With the injuries up front, there were initially 5 guys that were kinda thrown together, patchwork kind of, because of injuries to the starters. Now that they have a few games under their belts they are starting to gel a bit.

Are you guys serious? We have eleven Redskins injured? This is ridiculous! (There ya go JWsleep)

I can understand not blaming injuries when you have a couple of key guys out, but not when you have as many key guys out as we do.
