Re: AWESOME Game!
This is one of those threads where the few Dallas fans on this site are smiling in our face and saying "hey, nice game, great effort," when in their heads they're laughing in our face and telling us to stick it up our a....

Re: AWESOME Game!
I know, I know, I have no problem with the thread. I was just kind of picturing a Dallas fan with that sh!t eating Romo grin saying "hey man, great game," and then laughing all the way home... Grrrrrrrrr

LOL.................. This was definitely a hell of a game that finally showed millions of people what the Skins do when they are behind verses what they do when we are winning. When the pressure was on ,JC was throwing 15 to 25 yard passes (One Handed Moss Catch) in efforts to hurry up and score. The secret is definitely out that we have an awesome QB that can make all the throws. We have 6 games left and hopefully we can win them all. JC is a very smart QB and he'll continue to learn down the stretch and oh.........THE HURRY UP OFFENSE WORKS!!!!!!! Cooley, Moss, El and McCardell did a hell of job! The O-Line did well, Special Teams did well and the Defense did well with the exception of "Prey-Lou" and Torrence. |

Re: AWESOME Game!
Great game, classy post. I am now accepting nominations for the avatar and signature. I nominate "closet Redskins fan" for the sig, but do not have ideas for the avatar. Please keep any nominations classy, as we should show respect for anyone who has earned it (e.g., sandtrapjack).

I am telling you man, I enjoyed the game, but boy was I relieved when it was over. The Skins put a a good fight and where in it till the end when not many, INCLUDING many of the fans who come to this site, gave them a chance. I personally thought the D would fold in the 2nd half and Dallas was going to pull away but they hung in there. |

Congratulations on the win. You are well on your way to home field. G.B. should be no problem at home unless you start getting a lot of injuries.

Re: AWESOME Game!
I just hate the cowgirls and their crappy win. Hate TO, hate Romo, hate Barber, hate Nick Folk. Just a hater. Skins for life. Never give props to the cowboys. They suck.

Re: AWESOME Game!
Not winning is something that is Redskin football now. Wow remembering the 80's and the three super bowl wins is all we have. There is something not right and what it is is something not even Gibbs can change. At times it hurts to watch the Redskins play. My 15 year old son has never seen a winning Redskin team....except two years ago bump in the road. That Giant loss was bad and watching the Philly loss a week ago hurt. But to days loss was what new? O well... same old Redskins. Time to get out that VCR tape of past games in the 80's!

Re: AWESOME Game!
It was a valiant effort yet we didn't win!
Cowboys will come to our home and we'll prolly whip the crap outta them... But gotta make sure we win the games in between to make sure it matters...

Re: AWESOME Game!
Thank you Sandtrap. Thank you for being a stand up fan, and it's good to see some brotherly love between rival fans. Great game and I look forward to many games like this in the future, but obviously with a different outcome!!! HAIL!!!

Re: AWESOME Game!
agreed, we played much better than I though...happy to admit i was wrong (we didn't get blown out)...we were just a poor JC decision (or a dubious overturned ruling away) from winning...
disturbing that we lost another half time lead, but, overall, I about as pleased as can be expected from a loss

Re: AWESOME Game!
Great post Sandtrap. Yeah, the officiating was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E. McIntosh picked that ball. Period. There were at least three times where our players went out of bounds and the clock did not stop.
That said, I will admit that the unneccessary roughness call on Demarcus Ware was BS.
